Our farms are located in the heart of the mountains of southwestern Antioquia, where we enjoy ideal microclimatic conditions for producing high-quality coffee. In our pursuit of the finest coffee, we have implemented strict quality control measures.


At our farms, we’re dedicated to producing high-quality coffee—but sustainability and environmental stewardship are just as important. Our responsible farming practices help preserve local biodiversity, while our water-saving and soil-enriching techniques ensure that future harvests are just as exceptional—if not better—than those of the past.
Our coffee is more than just a beverage — it’s an experience. Each cup tells a story of tradition, dedication, and deep respect for the origin of our beans. We take pride in offering exceptional coffee that reflects the collective effort behind it — from cultivation to expert preparation.
Coffee quality begins at the harvest, with handpicking only the cherries that have reached optimal ripeness. This careful process ensures that only the best fruits are taken to the wet mill.
Once harvested, the processing stage begins, with every step precisely controlled. From pulping to fermentation and drying, attention to detail is essential to bringing out the unique notes that define the coffee’s flavor.
The farm combines traditional methods with modern techniques, ensuring that each bean is treated with the care it deserves and that the desired flavor profiles are fully developed.
