1. Quality Selection

As part of our commitment to delivering the highest quality coffee, each batch undergoes rigorous physical and sensory analysis.

Cupping is a critical step in our quality control process, used to evaluate and select the best coffees from each batch. This standardized tasting method allows us to identify the unique sensory characteristics of each lot.

Each sample is scored according to international protocols, and only the cups that meet our high standards—those with clean profiles, vibrant acidity, and distinctive flavor notes—are selected for export or specialty offerings.

This rigorous sensory evaluation ensures that every coffee we offer delivers an exceptional experience in the cup.

2. Preparation and Milling

The hulling process is a key step in preparing parchment coffee for export. Once the coffee has been properly dried, the parchment layer that surrounds the bean is carefully removed using specialized hulling machines.

After hulling, the green coffee is cleaned and sorted by size, weight, and density. Advanced methods, including optical sorting, are also used to ensure that only the best beans remain. This process guarantees a uniform, high-quality green coffee that’s ready for roasting or export.
